What You'll Be Doing

• Developing referral partnerships throughout your territory
• Meeting prospects face-to-face every day
• Networking with local business owners and decision-makers
• Building and managing your sales pipeline
• Using CRM tools to track activity and opportunities
• Working closely with operations to convert opportunities into revenue

This is a field-based position.

You will spend most of your time outside the office meeting people and developing relationships.

Requirements
This Role Is Probably a Good Fit If You

• Have 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Have experience using a CRM for pipeline management
• Are eligible to work in the United States
• Experience building a sales territory or pipeline from scratch is a plus.
• Experience building relationships with local business owners is a plus, especially with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents, or adjusters.

• Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 base plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings of $100,000+ annually
