Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.



Requirements:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
• Experience in conducting requirements elicitation sessions; documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience in designing Salesforce solutions aligned with requirements
• Experience in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
• Experience in coordinating and facilitating UAT sessions with end-users
• Experience in developing RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, ITNs, and Single Source documents
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project



Preferred:
• Experience in developing training materials, including user guides and training videos
• Experience in conducting end-user training sessions and providing ongoing support
• Experience in assisting in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience in managing project documentation and communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users
• Design and document Salesforce solutions aligned with requirements and best practices
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Develop training materials, including user guides and training videos
• Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
