\nLocation: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

\n \nJob Description:
\nWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support Agile delivery and business technology initiatives at Florida Power & Light (FPL).
\n \nResponsibilities:
\nFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
\nGather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
\nManage product backlogs, sprint progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
\nCollaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
\nTrack Agile metrics and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery.
\nSupport UAT, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
\n \nRequired Skills:
\nStrong experience in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Business Analysis.
\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, user stories, and backlog management.
\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
\nExperience working with cross-functional technical teams.
\nUtility or energy industry experience is a plus.
