Contract Electrical Installation Supervisor

This is a contract (W-2) role anticipated to run from June 15th-August 22. Weekly per diem is offered for travelers.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of electrical contractor hired by the company
Travel to customer sites to inspect and advise electrical contractors
Attend weekly project meetings and fill out weekly status reports
Responsible for on-site supervision of construction projects, trade contractors, and field personnel ensuring projects are completed within established budget, time, and quality standards
Review project documents, plans, and specifications
Coordinate field installations and project close-outs
Conduct onsite inspections and provide inspection reports to PM
Assist electricians with conduit routing and device placement, resolving any technical issues
Advise PM as needed on any scope of change or change order requests

Requirements:

Able to work onsite in Merrillville, IN for the duration of the contract
OSHA 30 required
Familiarity with Amazon standards required
4+ years of related experience (supervisory and/or lead experience and journeyman electrician experience or equivalent training/experience)
Knowledge of NEC for electrical installations, occupational safety hazards, and electrical trade
Able to read blueprints, plans/sketches, and instructions
Able to estimate material and labor costs
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
