Shape the future of Investment Performance while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation. As a Performance, Analytics and Transformation Vice President within the IIS Operations Team, you work to enhance and optimize the way performance solutions and products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will take charge of the swift onboarding of asset owner and asset manager clients from an internal legacy platform to a vendor solution. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders in client operations, product technology, and product management across global operating sites will be a significant part of your role.Job responsibilitiesLead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLead the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Assess platform readiness for client migration to new operating model, including functional requirements, quality control and reporting, plus operational readiness.Collaborating with development teams on the execution of the product roadmap. Requirement gathering, functional testing and training users.Partner with the Performance Operations team and the Product team to understand client behavior and needs to execute and deliver business requirements. Assists senior department leadership with project staffing and governance decisions. Leads/influences less experienced members of the team in matrix reporting environment.Establishes and maintains relationships with vendor and internal managementPossesses business-level understanding of platform functions (legacy and external)Identifies, documents, and resolves production issues pre and post migration. Work independently and as a team to verify performance/risk analytics at multiple levels across platforms using available tooling.Provides concise client migration status updates and assists with prioritization.
