Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred License: RN Certifications: BLS (must be AHA) Must-Have Skills/Experience: Med/surg experience preferred Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical telemetry. The role requires managing patient care and providing assessments and treatments. Patient cases may include a variety of conditions such as cirrhosis, sepsis, pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, wounds, and CHF. You will work in a facility known for providing healthcare services in the region. The setting offers modern facilities with advanced equipment and technology. Weekly guaranteed hours are 36, and you will need to work at least 2 weekend shifts each month. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5 and 1:6. Experience in charge nurse roles or oncology skills is preferred but not mandatory. The registered nurse will collaborate with a dedicated team, including management and support staff.
