Turnkey Team Leader - TRK/INF

Position MSS Solutions, LLC – Turnkey Team Leader – TRK/INF Role and Responsibilities Supervise, train, and direct the TK crew on a customer job site or project. Point of contact between construction crew and PM. Daily communication with PM, Coordinator and TK Team. Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources. Ensure appropriate use of equipment. Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly. Solve simple job‑related problems and bring solutions to the project manager. Ability to work with a variety of tools, large machines and specialty equipment. Support the Project Manager to complete the project in a timely manner. Provide the best quality and productive work without contact reminder. Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial Turnkey, sheet metal or piping experience. Extensive knowledge of construction, best practices, equipment maintenance, and use, and OSHA guidelines. Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (maximum solo lift) and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC). Material Handling: Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant lifting up to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC). Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent, work experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Must successfully pass a background check. Work Environment Exposure to weather, extreme heat or cold, high noise intensity level, atmospheric conditions, exposure to electrical shock, exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, wet and/or humid, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working high exposure places.
