Performance & Resiliency Testing

• Must have experience in Performance and Resiliency testing between 6 to 10 years.
• Design, develop, and execute Load, Scalability, Stress, Endurance, and Capacity tests using tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner, or JMeter.
• Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, identifying bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, conducting code-level investigations, and providing optimization recommendations.
• Experience in Resiliency/Chaos Engineering using tools such as Gremlin, Litmus Chaos, Chaos Mesh, AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), or Azure Chaos Studio.
• Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), High Availability (HA), Failover, Disaster Recovery (DR), and System Reliability testing.
• Expert in identifying performance bottlenecks across multiple layers including UI, Application, Database, Network, and Message Queues.
• Experience in Healthcare domain is a value add.

CI/CD and Automation

• Strong experience integrating and executing performance tests through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing automated performance and resiliency testing as part of release pipelines.

Monitoring & Performance Analysis

• Strong hands-on experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools including:
  • AppDynamics
  • Dynatrace
  • Datadog
  • Grafana
  • Kibana
  • Splunk
