Supply Chain Data Analyst

We are partnering with a growing, health and wellness-focused organization seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Data Analyst to support critical supply chain, logistics, and operations initiatives. This position will step into an existing freight and supply chain analytics environment and take ownership of enhancing, maintaining, and documenting key reporting processes. Responsibilities: Design, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting freight cost analysis, warehouse operations, fulfillment performance, SLA compliance, backlog management, and throughput reporting. Build and maintain standardized audit and reporting templates. Develop scalable freight reporting and validation models using SQL, Excel, and BI tools. Analyze freight and carrier data across multiple warehouse and 3PL locations. Audit shipping costs, rate cards, fuel surcharges, accessorial fees, and carrier invoices. Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Query, transform, and validate large operational datasets using SQL. Utilize Python to automate recurring reporting, data cleansing, and audit processes. Work with APIs and system integrations to consolidate information from multiple internal and external sources. Document workflows, reporting logic, and data processes to support continuity and scalability. Monitor warehouse performance, fulfillment metrics, order volume, backlog, and SLA adherence. Support inventory planning and forecasting initiatives. Create operational scorecards and KPI reporting packages. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and reporting automation. Strong SQL skills with experience querying and transforming large datasets. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, validations, and complex data analysis. Experience presenting data and insights to leadership teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
