Talent Acquisition Specialist
Bishop and Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning initiatives. This temporary full-time, on-site role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting the organization’s employment brand and recruitment strategies. Opportunity for gradual hybrid transition if converted to regular full-time status.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting through offer
- Develop recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and job fairs
- Build talent pipelines for high-demand positions
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs
- Maintain ATS data, recruitment metrics, and job postings
- Coordinate temporary staffing services and recruitment events
- Support HRIS issue resolution and recruitment reporting
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and HR experience
- Minimum two (2) years of HR experience or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
- Knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices
- HR/recruitment experience in healthcare, preferred
- Experience with PeopleSoft, HRIS, and ATS platforms, preferred
- Status : Temporary Full-Time On-site
- Length of Assignment: Temp-to-hire
- Hours : Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Pay Rate: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (actual pay commensurate with experience)
