Fleet Services Liaison & Maintenance Coordinator

The City of Gastonia is seeking a Service Advisor to coordinate vehicle service and maintenance requests for municipal fleets. You will act as the liaison between departments and Fleet Services, track work orders, and ensure timely completion with strong customer service. Responsibilities include managing PM scheduling, coordinating outside vendor repairs, and providing status updates.
