At Atrium Health Primary Care One Health Family Medicine Antiquity, our providers and staff deliver exceptional family medicine care for patients of all ages. Our services include routine physicals, womens health, well-childcare, same-day sick care, chronic disease management and more. When more specialized care is needed, our providers can refer you to some of the top specialists in the region.

• 70 Physicians and 70 APPs fully integrated across 30 practice sites.
• 100% Outpatient
• Clinic Hours Monday- Friday.  Specific hours vary by practice. 
• No Nights/Weekends
• Minimal Shared Call (Phone Only) 
• Imbedded urgent care clinics providing care 7 days/week.
• Multiple locations to best connect physicians and communities.
• Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology.
• A team that honors each others opinions and respects our physicians expertise.

Training and/or Experience Required

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Passionate about providing patient-centered care across the wide spectrum of primary care conditions within a practice.
• Focused on collegiality, professionalism, compassion, personal growth and leadership development.
• Ability to perform common outpatient procedures desired.
