About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) to join its executive leadership team. The CNE will be the top executive nursing leader for the system, with a primary focus on developing and implementing standards of nursing practice to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in compliance with all regulations and best practices. This mission-critical role is dedicated to care transformation, cost-effective and efficient care delivery, and operations improvements. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, comfortable with change, and will play a crucial role in maintaining a culture that seeks excellence in healthcare delivery. The successful CNE will be responsible for the strategic development and optimization of relationships throughout the organization, and will serve as a role model for nurses, promoting high-quality outcomes, cost-effective operations, and service excellence. They must be a visible and approachable individual, with a transparent, proactive, and highly effective communication style. Special focus will be on innovative ways to use technology to transform patient care and meet the needs of the workforce. The CNE will also be accountable for the consistent review of clinical practices and the implementation of system-wide nursing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary and accomplished nursing leader to make a significant impact on the healthcare of the community.
