A leading consumer products and beverage organisation with a portfolio of iconic household brands is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join its distribution operation in Redlands, California.

The Opportunity

As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading warehouse, delivery and distribution activities across the facility, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high standards of safety, inventory control and customer service.

You will supervise delivery drivers, warehouse workers and loaders, helping drive productivity, accuracy and service levels while supporting the continued growth of a highly respected national business.

Shift & Schedule

11:00 AM until finished | Monday-Friday

1. Flexibility to work weekends as needed is required.
2. This is an on-site leadership role based in Redlands, California.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate warehouse, distribution and delivery operations.
2. Lead a team of delivery drivers, warehouse workers and loaders.
3. Ensure accurate order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory management.
4. Monitor inventory levels and conduct physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
5. Plan and schedule transportation resources to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
6. Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and safety issues are addressed promptly.
7. Train, coach and evaluate warehouse staff and operational team members.
8. Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA, FDA and DOT standards.
9. Drive a culture of safety, accountability and customer-focused service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

1. 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution center or logistics environment.
2. Strong people management and team development skills.
3. Experience with inventory control, shipping and receiving operations.
4. Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
5. Solid organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
