What you'll do The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing employees and team members, overseeing day‑to‑day operations of high‑volume restaurants, participating in training and development of all team members, evaluating employee performance, creating schedules within budget and time constraints, maintaining employee files while safeguarding confidentiality, ensuring that the restaurant adheres to company policies at all times, and performing other duties as assigned.
