Your Role:  

• Provide outpatient pediatric care (well visits, comprehensive care). 
• Document encounters in our EMR. 
• Collaborate with our clinical team as needed. 
• Practice independently within a supportive system.

Compensation:  

• Competitive percentage of collections (typically 65–75%). 
• No administrative responsibilities.

Scheduling Flexibility:  

• Choose your own clinic sessions (half-days, full days, or specific blocks). 
• Option to add or adjust shifts based on your availability.

Requirements:  

• MD/DO with active Virginia medical license. 
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active DEA (if prescribing).
