Mandatory: S/4 HANA SAP ISU Works management and EAM

Job Description:

• Should have at least 8 years of SAP ISU-Works Management (WM), EAM and CS experience with 2-3 years in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Experience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.
• Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology.
• Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
• Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
• Proven knowledge of integration with ISU, Customer management, Device management & FICA
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing experience
• Associate should be able to travel based on project requirements.
• SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP ISU modules.
• System configuration of WM-Service Orders, Settlement profile, Service Order Billing etc.
• Strong experience in Device Management area and EAM Processes.
• Well-aware of regulated/deregulated market billing scenarios, adjustment reversals, budget billing, out sorts, bill/invoice locks, exceptions, manual billing, collective billing, etc
• Expertise in delivering E2E process of Works Management including the Billing and Non Billing scenarios.
• Expertise in Move-in, Move -Out, Meter Install, Meter Removal, and Meter Replacement process for Service Order completion.
• Deep understanding of TMD, BMD & Billing Master data, BPEM & Print workbench
• Master Data Migration (BMD, TMD, EDM) data between non-SAP to SAP ISU systems using EMIGALL tool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to participate in blueprint workshops / meetings representing client Business
• Responsible to validate Implementers solution v/s Best Industry Solution
• Responsible to Prepare the Functional design document for the custom developments and Interface specification
• Co-ordinate with the technical team and clarify the doubts on the custom functionality
• Responsible to test all the custom development and ensure the requirement is met
• Responsible to plan and execute the Key user Training and User Acceptance testing.
• Responsible to support the cutover activities with focus on O2C processes
• Be willing to work in UAE timings
• Responsible for post-implementation L2 and L3 support including incident, service requests, change requests and problem management
