What you'll do Lead a ground‑up garden‑style multifamily residential project in Miami from preconstruction through closeout. Own budgets, schedules, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Manage subcontractors, consultants, and the field team to keep the job on time and on budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner, architect, and design team. Drive quality, safety, and the standard of work the firm is known for. What you bring Project Manager experience with a general contractor. Ground‑up multifamily experience strongly preferred. Strong command of scheduling, cost control, buyout, and subcontractor management. South Florida market knowledge and established trade relationships a plus.
