We are seeking a dedicated **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)** to join our clinical team on the**Available Shifts:****Full Time AM (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)****Part Time PM (3:00PM to 11:30PM)****Pay Range:** $36.00-$38.00 per hour (based on experience)**Benefits Include:*** Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Career Growth and Continuing Education OpportunitiesPosition Highlights* Provide direct nursing care and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.* Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.* Monitor resident conditions, document clinical updates, and communicate changes to physicians and families as needed.* Assist with admissions, discharges, treatments, assessments, and interdisciplinary care coordination.Leadership & Documentation* Direct daily nursing activities and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.* Maintain accurate resident records, treatment documentation, and physician orders.* Complete incident reports and participate in quality assurance initiatives.* Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure smooth shift operations and resident-centered care.Compliance & Safety* Follow all federal, state, and facility regulations, including HIPAA and infection control standards.* Ensure proper medication management, narcotic accountability, and treatment administration.* Promote a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.* Participate in facility surveys, safety drills, and required in-service training programs.Qualifications* Current, active, and unrestricted California LVN/LPN license.* Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program.* Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred.* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to resident care excellence.**Join Victorian Post Acute and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.** Apply today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
