Gary Bock – State Farm Agency, located in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA, has an immediate opening for a full‑time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. The agency is award‑winning and focused on fulfilling the needs of our customers and creating success for our team. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered: Active Property, Casualty, Life insurance license and ability to attain Health insurance license. Ability to commute to the agency location in Waterloo, IA. This is an in‑office position. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Requirements Insurance Sales Experience; Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening. Self‑motivated. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property & Casualty license. Life & Health license.
