Job Description Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our Charlotte team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring outstanding service, effective communication, and seamless coordination between customers and internal departments. Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Monitor account activities and provide updates when necessary. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
