As a Cherry Picker Operator , you will play a critical role in ensuring essential products—from life-saving PPE to classroom equipment—are accurately picked, handled, and shipped to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment , including cherry pickers and order pickers, to retrieve and transport inventory safely and efficiently
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, staging, and moving products throughout the facility
• Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented , including compliance with hazardous materials procedures
• Maintain organized inventory by properly storing, locating, and replenishing stock
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance
• Support multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping , based on operational needs
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices , especially when handling chemicals or hazardous materials

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Proven experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar powered industrial equipment
• Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English reading and writing skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting transitioning to a modern, climate-controlled facility for improved comfort and consistency
• Active role requiring extended periods of standing, walking, stooping, bending, and reaching
• Daily operation of cherry pickers and other powered industrial equipment
• Use of RF scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse technology
• Exposure to structured processes for safe handling of materials , including hazardous products
• Schedule may vary based on business needs, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and teamwork

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Florence, KY.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
