The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control, staff management, and timely order fulfillment. This role is crucial for coordinating logistics, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth equipment operation to support overall business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and availability
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities
- Oversee order fulfillment to meet customer and company requirements
- Coordinate logistics to optimize inbound and outbound shipments
- Implement and enforce safety standards throughout the warehouse
- Prepare detailed operational and performance reports
- Conduct employee training to enhance skills and compliance
- Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
