They are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of efficiency and accuracy.


Job Description: As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
