This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the seamless flow of goods across Ecommerce (D2C), B2B wholesale, and our own retail store network. You will ensure that our operation delivers with control, speed, and precision across all channels. The right candidate will bring structure to complex workflows, balancing the rapid pace of individual Ecommerce orders with the high-volume requirements of B2B wholesale and retail store replenishment.If you want ownership, impact, and a runway to grow into senior operations leadership, this role is built for it.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse OperationsLead daily warehouse operations across receiving, putaway, replenishment, VAS, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping for Ecommerce, B2B, and Retail Store channelsOversee comprehensive returns processing and reverse logistics, ensuring that multi-channel returns are inspected, processed, and returned to stock with speed and accuracy to maximize inventory availabilityCoordinate complex workflows to ensure consistent achievement of SLAs across all channels, from rapid D2C shipping windows to scheduled retail replenishment and B2B routing requirementsEnsure careful handling, storage, and documentation of high-value merchandise to protect product quality and maintain clear traceabilityBuild and adapt daily labor and workflow plans to match demand, resolve bottlenecks, and keep operations flowing smoothlyMaintain a calm, focused approach to decision-making in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing prioritiesDrive "dock-to-stock" excellence and shipping readiness through clear standards and supportive floor leadershipPerformance Management & MetricsTake ownership of KPI performanceAnalyze trends, identify root causes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable, long-term improvementsPartner with the Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to review performance, set goals, and maintain a steady operating rhythmFoster accountability through consistent coaching, constructive feedback, recognition, and performance supportTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and mentor a multi-tiered team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates, providing the hands-on support and guidance needed for collective successDevelop frontline leaders by setting clear expectations and providing the coaching needed to growStrengthen onboarding, cross-training, and standard work to ensure team performance is consistent and scalablePromote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement through high standards and strong team supportSystems & Process ManagementUtilize WMS and ERP systems (SAP) to plan work, manage inventory, and maintain real-time visibility into the operationMaintain strong operational controls through accurate documentation and high standards for data and transaction accuracyApply Lean tools, including 5S and visual management boards, to reduce waste and increase daily throughputEnsure SOPs and work instructions are current, accessible, and actively used to guide the teamCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Transportation, and IT to resolve order, inventory, and service challengesSupport seasonal readiness, promotional events, and peak planning with a proactive and collaborative mindsetLead internal and external audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory events with precision and transparencyCommunicate risks early with clear options and recommended actions to keep stakeholders informedSafety and CompliancePromote a safety-first mindset and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standardsConduct routine inspections and lead safety meetings to share best practices and prevent incidentsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment aligned to best-in-class operating standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent extensive experience in warehouse operations and management5+ years of experience in a high-volume warehouse with a proven ability to manage seasonal peaks, product launches, and complex omni-channel fulfillment (D2C, B2B, and Retail Replenishment)Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for coaching, developing, and motivating diverse teamsProficiency in WMS/ERP environments and Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of ExcelStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs, leveraging labor planning and productivity programs to drive informed operational decisionsEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments and leadership levelsProven ability to prioritize and stay effective under pressure to meet shared goalsFlexibility to accommodate weekend coverage and modified schedules during seasonal peaks and inventory eventsCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellenceCompensation Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Contingent upon experience + BonusWhat We OfferAt Zwilling J.A.
