Responsibilities

- Operate handheld RF scanners and mobile apps to conduct replenishments, cycle counts, stock rotation, order entry, returns, and backorder processing
- Receive, inspect, scan, and store incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone, promptly addressing inquiries and building lasting trust
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to identify and implement workflow improvements
- Uphold safety and organizational standards by following site guidelines and using required PPE
- Monitor stock levels proactively and escalate discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor


Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing, warehouse, retail stocking, or inventory control role
- Proficient using RF handheld scanners, mobile scanning apps, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly through email
- Detail-oriented, accountable, and a proactive team player
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), operate pushcarts and forklifts, and work in varied temperature environments
- Comfortable wearing necessary PPE in areas with chemical-based allergens


Preferred Skills

- Experience working independently at customer sites
- Background in regulated or safety-sensitive environments
- Previous exposure to chemical inventories or pharmaceutical supplies
