Hourly rate for this position is $20 per hour.Key ResponsibilitiesUnload inbound deliveries using forklifts, reach trucks, electric and manual pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentSafely handle products of varying shapes, sizes, and weights, including oversized or irregularly packaged itemsVerify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slipsConduct detailed inbound audits to confirm item counts, SKUs, and product condition upon arrivalIdentify and document discrepancies between received and expected quantitiesEscalate vendor shortages, overages, and mislabeled product to the appropriate teamCreate and finalize manual and automatic inventory countsDouble count any inventory discrepanciesProvide solutions to inventory questions and/or issuesReview inventory counts daily with the Inventory Control LeadProcess inventory adjustments in NetSuite with proper documentation and justificationUtilize NetSuite reports to replenish picking locations from bulk stock dailyOversee all bin transfers and work with the Inventory Control Team to ensure accuracyInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely mannerInspect inbound product for damage, defects, and compliance with quality standardsQuarantine and document non-conforming product per standard operating proceduresPartner with quality and procurement teams on vendor return or dispute processesKey Performance IndicatorsInventory accuracy per day and per weekBenchmark: 98%Items counted per day and per weekBenchmark: 60/day | 300/weekRequirements2+ years of experience in an inventory or warehouse settingForklift Experience/Certification requiredExperience unloading mixed freight including irregularly shaped and varied-weight productProficient in ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to lift up to 50lbsNice to HaveNetSuite experienceRF scanning equipment experienceFamiliarity with quality inspection and non-conformance documentationPowerPak PerksGreat medical, dental & vision benefits401(k) matching programGenerous paid time off and holiday policiesTeam-first mindsetCareer growth opportunities
