Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Everett, Washington.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapist\n Discipline: Therapy\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 5, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with 2+ years of recent experience and OASIS proficiency for a day-shift assignment serving a geriatric patient population.Details\n \n Home Health setting focused on geriatric patient population\n Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day\n Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM\n EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) required\n No on-call requirement, though on-call rotation may be discussed during interview\n Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office\n Local candidates accepted at the travel rate\n Requirements\n \n Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience required\n OASIS experience required for completing Start of Care assessments\n Proficiency in HCHB charting system required\n BLS certification required\n License required if applicable\n Active driver's license and personal transportation required\n Strong documentation and communication skills required\n Additional Information\n \n Main responsibilities include home exercise programs, patient and family education, and treatment of orthopedic and neurologic conditions\n Patient conditions may include post-op orthopedic surgery, spinal conditions, stroke rehabilitation, and neurologic disorders such as Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis\n Traveler must be flexible with assigned territory\n Monday orientation includes completion of required training modules\n Dress code is scrubs of any color; jeans not permitted\n iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone not required for work use\n Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate\n First-time travelers will not be considered for this role\n Travel pairs accepted, though each traveler is assigned their own territory and must have independent transportation\n Former permanent employees must be separated for at least 6 months and approved by HR before returning as a traveler\n RTO requests must be submitted at the time of application\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-757753.
