Job Title: Assembly
- Assemble fitness equipment components using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
- Install, align, and secure mechanical parts and components.
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
- Inspect parts for defects, damage, or incorrect assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Communicate any issues with materials, equipment, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks during the work shift.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
