Change Management Consultant

Senior Change Management ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise-wide technology and business transformation initiatives. This role will lead change management activities for large-scale projects, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes while minimizing operational disruption.Key Responsibilities:Conduct change impact assessments and identify organizational change requirements.Develop and execute change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans.Partner with project teams, business leaders, and executives to drive adoption of new technologies and business processes.Deliver presentations and workshops to leadership, project teams, and stakeholders.Provide coaching and guidance to managers and executives on change leadership and sponsorship.Identify and mitigate change-related risks throughout project lifecycles.Promote change management best practices and mentor teams across the organization.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, Communications, or Organizational Development.Strong experience leading change initiatives for technology and/or business process transformations.Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills.Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, organizational readiness assessments, and change impact assessments.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar certification.Consulting experience supporting large-scale organizational change programs.Position Details:Location: RemoteDuration: 12-Month ContractEmployment Type: W2 Contract#M- #LI-Ref: #851-Rockville-S1
