Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation, current driver‘s license, and agency-required liability insurance

Home visits and periodic office meetings are required
