Schedule: Part-Time (Day 7 a.m. 7 p.m.) Full-Time (Night 7 p.m. 7 a.m.)

Pay: From $32.00 to $35.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents.
• Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care.
• Develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Job Requirements:

• Current LPN license from the District of Columbia
• Current CPR license
