Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day invoice processing and payment activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounts payable experience and proficiency using Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation.

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.

• Prepare payment runs and assist with check, ACH, and electronic payments.

• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.

• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable reports.

• Support month-end close and other accounts payable projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable experience required.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
