HVAC & Plumbing Dispatch Coordinator

The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching technicians, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to HVAC/ Plumbing products and services. Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance What You Will Do Dispatch our technicians to customer homes Booking in-bound calls, emails to customers Selling products and services to existing customers Handle calls from over-flow Dispatching maintenance technicians to customers What You Bring 1+ years of customer service 1+ year of call center experience 1+ year of dispatching experience Strong attention to detail Conscientious, team player Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude Flexible availability, reliable transportation Computer/ software knowledge a plus Physical Demands Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Pay Transparency The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $26-$30 plus bonuses , based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
