Advertising Sales Executive

The Star Beacon News is looking for a Full Time Advertising Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year sales experience.

This position works with business clients in a designated geographic area to match their goals and needs to our portfolio of multi-platform marketing products.

The Job Responsibilities:

Seeks business opportunities by identifying prospects.

Conduct a needs analysis to determine what products best fit the clients goals.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and be self motivated. Digital sales considered a plus.

Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.

Compensation plan includes base pay plus commissions. Benefits available are401(k), dental Insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement.
