Packer (General Labor) 1st Shift Food Industry Our client, a leading organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry to join their team. As a Packer (General Labor) 1st shift Food Industry, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting the production and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Jackson, WI Pay Range: $19 Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm What's the Job? Ensure safety and food safety requirements are met and followed according to plantwide GMPs. Measure, weigh, count, and package products and materials accurately. Examine and inspect bags, pouches, and totes to ensure proper specifications are maintained. Perform repetitive lifting of 50lb bags safely and efficiently. Report all food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel for immediate action. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Good attendance record. Previous experience of 3-6 months in a related field preferred. Ability to follow safety and GMP procedures diligently.
