This is a data product role: the person in this seat will work daily in large, intricate transactional data sets and needs to be comfortable driving clarity out of complexity.The ideal candidate doesn’t wait to be told where the roadmap goes next — they build the strategy, bring the point of view, and own the outcome. They also work using AI tools as part of how they research, draft, and refine requirements documentation, and they’re comfortable bringing that same fluency to the team’s day-to-day practices.Job DescriptionWhat This Role EntailsOwn the multi-quarter product roadmap and strategy for the Channel Data products, independently defining where the solution goes next and building the case for it.Identify problems and opportunities proactively, form a point of view, and drive the roadmap forward with minimal day-to-day direction.Work directly within complex, high-volume channel data to translate intricate data relationships into clear product decisions.Leverage AI tools as part of the standard development workflow to draft, refine, and maintain requirements documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate prioritization with stakeholders using structured frameworks (e.g., value vs. effort, risk reduction, strategic alignment).Lead discovery activities with customers, internal users, and domain experts to validate problems before committing to solutions.Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes, and drive them to resolution.Lead release planning and readiness for the Channel Data products, ensuring features are usable, valuable, and supportable.Facilitate roadmap reviews, prioritization discussions, and decision forums with senior leaders, and represent the roadmap clearly to upper management.Partner day to day with engineering, data science, and managed services peers, translating between technical and business audiences.Represent the product in customer conversations, translating feedback into actionable insights and roadmap decisions.Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate roadmap initiatives and inform quarterly and annual planning.Qualifications8+ years of applicable product management experience, with a strong track record specifically as a data product manager working on data-intensive platforms or products.Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap end to end — setting the strategy, prioritizing the backlog, and being accountable for outcomes, not just execution.Comfort working in complex data environments, with the ability to reason through intricate data relationships, edge cases, and downstream dependencies.Master data management experience (e.g., customer, product, or provider/HCO master data) is a plus.Hands-on experience working in an AI development environment, using AI tools to build requirements documentation, user stories, and specifications as part of the regular workflow.A true self-starter mindset — someone who will own the roadmap and independently develop the strategy for where to take the solution, rather than waiting for direction.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with upper management as well as peers and cross-functional teams.Experience in channel, distribution, or Life Sciences/pharma data domains is a plus, but not required.Additional InformationWhat does IntegriChain have to offer?Own the roadmap and strategy for a product area at the center of how manufacturers manage their distribution channels.Work at the intersection of complex data, product strategy, and customer impact — with visibility to senior product and company leadership.Join a collaborative, growing organization where your expertise directly shapes product direction and customer outcomes.Mission-driven: Work with the purpose of helping to improve patients’ lives!Excellent and affordable medical benefits + non-medical perks including Student Loan Reimbursement, Flexible Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave.401(k) Plan with a Company Match to prepare for your future.Robust Learning & Development opportunities, including 700+ development courses free to all employees.#LI-ZG1IntegriChain is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, age, sex, marital status, physical or mental disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law.
