Must possess good scholastic record.An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.DA 2:Two to three years of legal experience as a prosecuting attorney working in a court of general jurisdiction.An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.DA 3:Four to five years of responsible legal experience as a prosecuting attorney working in a court of general jurisdiction, including at least one year of experience prosecuting complex criminal cases.An equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.Licensing Requirements:Member of the Oregon State Bar at time of appointment.Possession of a valid Oregon Driver's License.Supervised Practice Portfolio Examination (SPPE) will not be considered for hire.Special Requirements:Oregon driver license by time of appointment.This position is subject to a full criminal history background check.CV or resume.Cover letter.Three professional references.Studies have shown that women and BIPOC individuals are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they are able to perform every task in the job description.
