Financial Analyst, Transactions

Responsibilities Communicate directly with borrowers and legal counsel to gather documentation, clarify request details, and facilitate the consent review process Assist with the preparation of consents packages for submission Create reports and dashboards related to consent activity, borrower submissions, and processing timelines Update portfolio databases (Salesforce, Rockport, Enterprise, Agency Systems, etc.) Organize and maintain Asset Management electronic records (contact database, consent files, reports) Maintain accurate digital records of consent submissions, approvals, and required supporting documentation Communicate with clients to determine appropriate loan arrangements as needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience strongly preferred Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred Computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Excel, and experience with database software Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly and present information in a coherent manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Legal document, title, and survey knowledge is a plus Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders Ability to travel and operate a motor vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
