Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Telemetry Job Description The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This position requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the safe delivery of care. Key Responsibilities Utilize the Nursing Process to provide effective patient care. Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical decision-making. Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. Provide supervision and direction to assigned personnel involved in delivering patient care. Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development. Requirements Current registered nurse license in Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Cerner. Shift and Schedule This position is a night shift role, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, participating in a 3/12 hours schedule. The nurse will be required to work 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule. Additional Information This role is a float pool position, requiring flexibility and willingness to float between various departments and facilities in the region.
