Business Manager

Responsibilities Manage budgets, cash flow, and company financial projections Work with external bookkeepers while performing select bookkeeping and account reconciliations Build and improve organizational systems and processes across multiple businesses Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations and details Handle select HR duties including onboarding, records, and team coordination Utilize Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.) to create efficient digital systems Support leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, and special projects Qualifications 4+ years of relevant previous work experience in business management, operations, or hands‑on finance in an entrepreneurial setting Strong understanding of budgets, cash flow, and financial projections Bookkeeping experience and comfort reconciling accounts Passion for building scalable systems and processes Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace tools Detail‑oriented self‑starter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills Basic HR knowledge is a plus Familiarity with Traction / EOS is beneficial — training available Business degree preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
