This includes assessment, treatment planning, implementation, caregiver collaboration, and coaching of behavioral technicians. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager and work in a salaried, exempt, full‑time role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient Develop and maintain treatment plans Ensure 100% treatment adherence for supervision hours each month Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths Analyze challenging behaviors to identify their function Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation Direct behavior technicians in implementing new or revised protocols Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians Work physically within the center to support technicians and observe best practices Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust protocols Update treatment plans at least once per month based on patient response Fulfill a minimum of 120 billable hours per month, including supervisory and therapy hours Communicate treatment response to stakeholders (caregivers, payers) Coordinate care with other professionals Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments Include caregivers in the treatment team through consistent collaboration meetings Interact with payers professionally and collaboratively Engage with payers for funding meetings (IEP, peer reviews) Stay up to date on best practices for ABA treatment Maintain appropriate documentation in Skills and the patient’s medical record Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families and colleagues Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families and colleagues Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times Partner with center leadership, including Operations Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Coordinator, Technician and Behavior Technician Leads Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Empathetic and compassionate, maintaining strict confidentiality Collaborative team player with a positive, solution‑focused attitude Independent problem‑solving and strong clinical judgment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to learn new computer systems and iPads Desire to continuously learn and develop skills Willingness to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.) Willingness to work with a range of patients Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Must pass tuberculosis test Proficient in English, both written and verbal Work Environment Treatment may occur in patients’ homes, CARD centers, schools, the community, or via telehealth. Supervisors work both indoors and outdoors, moving between locations throughout the day, and may be exposed to loud or excessive noise.
