Interstates is seeking a skilled Project Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role supports project managers and clients with accounting processes, billing, and reporting. You will set up projects, maintain ledgers, prepare invoices, monitor payments, and assist with monthly close while ensuring tax compliance and data accuracy.
