Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 / year Other Forms of Compensation: Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will assist the Operations team with tasks relating to the recruitment process for hourly and frontline positions at a local hospital. Key Responsibilities Recruit hourly employees using a variety of methods. Conduct phone screens and schedule manager interviews. Assist with new hire orientation as needed. Responsible for HR policy and guideline compliance. Effectively interact and collaborate with customers and team‑members. Assist with HR assignments and projects.
