Customer Support Representative-II

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in San Francisco, CA 94133 . Details of the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $20/hr to Start!! (OT Available) 2-month assignment, strong possibility for extension based on performance and budget. 8 Hour Shift: 5 - 7 days a week (Remote) Position will mainly be responsible for providing real-time support and incident resolution for team members regarding deliveries, client and customer issues while properly communicating in a bilingual (Spanish) capacity with all applicable parties. Position will also form a deep understanding of company product, processes, systems, and tools in order to collaborate across multiple teams. Position will also document interactions, incidents and resolutions using Google suite services as well as other communication platforms. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is Required!! Bilingual reading and writing (Spanish/ English) is Required!! 2 years of experience in customer service role in technology, hospitality, or grocery and convenience is Required!! Google Workspace experience is Required!! Experience with Slack and Salesforce is Preferred!!
