I have become lifelong friends with this team, and I can happily say I love my job and enjoy coming to work. - Arrow Team Member Position Wellness Nurse Manager Location North Olmsted, Ohio Employment Type Full‑Time Compensation Starting rate: $30.00–$34.00 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm–7 am Responsibilities Be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building, leading the Wellness team and other departments to provide quick, reliable, and person‑centered care. Be a Force on the Floor: As a good leader, be available to help with call lights, requests for assistance, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts residents’ needs first. Be a Diligent Documenter: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file them correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: Exemplify the core values, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment. Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations. Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law. Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to residents. Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred, but not required. Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) is preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive and energetic attitude. Must be physically active – standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day. Must have the ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs and perform two‑person transfers. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and aid after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
