Credit & Collections Specialist

Farmers Home Furniture in Georgia seeks a collections associate to locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts. You will contact customers by text or phone, review terms of sales or credit contracts, and document every communication. Additionally, you will handle cash drawer responsibilities, travel to customers’ homes as needed, and prepare paperwork for potential legal action.
