Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinateFord Mobile Service appointmentsfor customers. Communicate with customers regardingservice needs, appointment times, and repair updates. Work closely withmobile technicians, service advisors, and parts departmentsto ensure parts and tools are ready for each appointment. Verify repair orders and ensureproper documentation and warranty codingwhen applicable. Monitor and manage themobile service schedule and route planningto maximize efficiency. Follow up with customers after service to ensuresatisfaction and resolve any concerns. Assist withprocessing repair orders, invoices, and warranty claimswhen needed. Maintain accurate records ofmobile service activity and reporting.
