The DHS’ Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking candidates to fill the position of Child Support Services Agent 2, this position will report to the Child Support Services Agent Supervisor. This position is located in Marietta, GA (Cobb County). Communicates with clients and other constituents via telephone, email, correspondence and direct contact to ensure that support obligations are met. Manages a caseload to ensure child support obligations are met. Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Under direct supervision, establishes and enforces child support obligations of responsible parents. Coordinates child support activities with legal, judicial and public organizations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job‑related experience. One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent.
