Marietta/Kennesaw, GA 30066 | $50 per hour/Weekly Pay

BrightPath Home Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one evening and overnight care for a 16-month-old baby girl in her home.

She has a tracheostomy and G-tube but is stable, progressing well, and now off oxygen. She typically sleeps well after her bedtime routine. The primary overnight responsibility is close monitoring and responding appropriately to any changes in her condition.

Schedule

This is a PRN position for a nurse interested in consistently working one or two nights per week. Most nights available for pick up are Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays. (7pm start time is preferred but Parents are flexible. If interested in working 3+ nights a week that can be an option as well once you get acclimated with the child.

**RN can work an 8 or 10 hour shift totally up to you! 7p-3a or 7p-5a for example**

Consistent Care Bonus

We reward nurses who provide dependable, consistent care:

• Complete at least four scheduled shifts in one month without missing a shift and earn a $150 bonus
• Meet the requirement for a second consecutive month and earn a $300 bonus
• After the second month, the bonus cycle resets

That’s up to $450 in additional pay every two months .

Evening Routine and Responsibilities are pretty straightforward

• Assist the parents with the child’s bath and bedtime routine (bath is every other day, just depends on which day bath day falls on)
• Assist parents with nightly trach care routine
• Administer one scheduled G-tube feeding
• Monitor respiratory status, trach safety, and overall condition overnight
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate nursing and EVV documentation
• Provide a safe, calm, and nurturing environment
• Communicate effectively with the parents and care team

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Pediatric, tracheostomy, G-tube, ventilator, or private-duty nursing experience preferred
• Trach/vent experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right nurse
• Dependable and able to commit to one or two consistent nights each week
